Filters
On the results page the user find it frustrating that the filters always open on the side, taking up valuable screen space and making it difficult to view the content. Even when I close them, they reopen every time I navigate to a new page or refresh the page, which slows down my browsing experience and makes it harder to find what I'm looking for
Online PDF/request the record
It is time-consuming and cumbersome to access the online PDF or request. There are too many clicks and steps involved, which makes it difficult to quickly access the information I need. This is especially frustrating when I'm i n a rush or need to access the PDF frequently.
